Skyler and Dimitri, with the help of their relatives and friends, find themselves trying to prevent a war between Carpathians and Lycans while also trying to find out who is working to bring them to destroy each other. It is also a story of accepting who you are and embracing your gifts and forgiving your mistakes. Dimitri and Skyler must decide if what they have together is strong enough to help them fight the evil coming for them.

Christine Feelan has again used her talent to give great depth to her characters while weaving an exciting story the reader will enjoy. Everyone will be able to identify with Skyler as she asserts herself and the power she has as an adult who has always been thought of as a child. The reader will relate to her dealing with love, life, and the choices she makes in her life.

Dimitri will capture the reader’s attention as he deals with his feelings of love, devotion, and protectiveness for Skyler while doing his duty with honor and loyalty to his people.

Both Skyler and Dimitri take a journey as they learn to accept themselves and what their relationship is becoming. Christine does a masterful job immersing the reader in an imaginative and exciting story that will be enjoyed-characters the readers will care about and situations they canbelieve can actually happen.

Christine Feelan has delivered yet another winner in Dark Wolf. The reader is given believable characters and a story with twists and turns all over the place. She has not only written another story in Carpathian Series, a second in the Dark Series trilogy, but she has written a wonderful, exciting standalone paranormal romance. The reader will want to know what happens to Dimitri and Skyler as well as the other Carpathians and Lycans involved in this story.
