The only VOTES that count are the ones on the actual poll not the comments! This is a special poll round for the final vote for the three rounds. This week’s vote is to determine who is the ULTIMATE winner from the previous two weeks.
We took the READER nominations from the nomination round, verified them as shifter series, then put them into a spreadsheet, sorted alphabetically by series name and then started at the top of the list for each round.
PLEASE NOTE: We can’t add every shifter series out there or this would be the only poll we would have on the site ever again. 
There are HUNDREDS of fantastic series out there now. So, we had to cut some things out due to time and space constraints. Thank you for understanding and remember this is for FUN, it isn’t for a prize or prestige.

Okay I had to vote for Patricia Briggs Mercy Thompson, Sherrilyn Kenyon’s Were Hunters and Nalini Singh’s Psy-Changeling

It was hard who to pick for my last vote but went for Shelley Laurenston, I love the humour in these books! I love the Alpha & Omega series and am anticipating the next book!! Nalini Singh is awesome but I was a bit surprised the Guild Hunter series wasn’t listed, thankfully I love the psy/changeling series!!

I’m still going with the Were-hunters by SK, mostly because it’s the only one listed that I’ve read.
The only contest here is betwen Mercy and Anna. Patricia Briggs is hands-down my favorite author.
I love Patricia Briggs and both series by her is definitely worth reading. For my last vote I chose the werewolf series. I hope Patty wins….

I voted for Mercy Thompson and Kate Daniels. They are two of my favorite series out there (were or not.) I’ve only read one of the other choices on the list, but I wouldn’t call it a favorite so I couldn’t vote for it.
Mercy Thompson is my first I have read out of these, Jane Yellowbrook is my second, love her character and I also love Kate Daniels. Too bad there wasn’t more then 3 picks, but those are my top 3. AND I am waiting for the next books! Lol

Mercy Thompson series by Patricia Brighs is my all time favourite, I have read those books 7 times each. If I get in a funk I always pick up Mercy and the gang.
The Psy-Changeling series is my favourite in the other poll. Team Hawke.

I had to pick Shelley’s Pride series. She makes me laugh and her heroines kick ass and are a little crazy. I do love Nalini Singh’s Psy/changeling series but some of her stories were a miss
I have to go with Jane Yellowrock. Mercy Thompson is my second favorite, both of these series have been amazing!
Patricia Briggs is my all time favorite. Can’t get enough of Mercy Thompson series and Alpha and Omega..

I love SE Smith’s books. The Dragon Lords are super sexy, the women are awesome and the editors do their job. SE creates worlds where you would want to live, the books pull you in, and make you want your own dragon to love.
I voted for Patty Briggs all the way! Technically I don’t even read fantasy novels but I CANNOT get enough of Patty’s stories. A new Alpha & Omega (my favorite) is loooong over due. Go Patty!!

I had to vote for S.E. Smith’s Dragon Lords of Valdier. Not only are dragons my favorite creatures, but the jaw-dropping disbelief of these shifters when their mates don’t automatically fall to their knees in adoration and thanks is so comical I couldn’t help but laugh! LOVE this series!
How can they ask us to pick JUST three?? I love them all equally. This is like picking whichone of your children gets to go with you to the store. They ALL are excellent reads.
Whoa. I definitely don’t read much shifter stuff. I haven’t read any of these series. I guess it’s time to hit the library!

3 were hunter series by sherrilyn kenyon = even if I don’t no witch ones those are all I can see on my shelf say dark hunters or dream hunters. but have seen were hunters in some of the dark hunters books.
I loved the Dragon lords of soldier I want one! And tales of there is just sexy, and Sherrilyn Kenyon is just amazing author.
After seeing this I have a feeling Im going to have to check out a few more authors. I too love a good werewolf book and of course love my hunters.
I haven’t read most of the authors listed, which gives me more novels to add to my To-Be-Read list
ohh I love the Dragons by S.E Smith but I love the Pride Series just as much by Shelly Laurenston.

Love all SE Smith series she quickly became one of my favorite writers. I love a read that can take me from laughter to tears and investing whole heartdly in the characters from the first chapter. Thank you for a retreat from the real world, and please sign a movie deal where you are the script writer!

I love all of S E SMITH’S books I love River,s Run and connected books. I never looked at circus people as warriors,but it was easy to see them that way after reading these books. I also love the Dragon Lord’s of Valdier . That Cara really cracks me up. All of them are great and it’s nice to the girls kicking butt to, and saving themselves and the guys to. Alice Addie
