Karigan finds herself in a different time, her world completely turned upside down. Torn from her own time, Karigan must maneuver through a world mostly devoid of magic and thus her abilities do not work. Relying on the generosity of a high-ranking member of society, Karigan slowly begins to develop a plan to try and get home.
Confronted by the wrongness of the world, Karigan vows to do what she can to change things, if she can only get back to her own time and warn King Zachary. But she faces many challenges, not the least of which is can she get home at all?
Mirror Sight, book five of Karigan’s adventures, Ms. Britain has outdone herself. I am in awe. I love how she has drawn together the storylines so far in this series, but also intertwined some new threads to keep us looking for more. My heart was up and down with each page. I had trouble putting the book down between my reading times, and at the end I almost wanted to cry cause it was like a good friend had left and I may never see them again.
Definitely go read Mirror Sight, and the entire series. According to Ms. Britain’s website there will be more in this series and I am thrilled to learn the adventure will continue. Go forth and share this one with everyone.
