Alice is babysitting her younger sister, Elizabeth, in the park when they notice a man running towards them. He is wearing a waistcoat, sweating profusely, and keeps looking at the time on his phone and muttering to himself.
“Waistcoat” informs them that they have missed the news that a deadly infection is running rampant in the city, making people die and then get back up and start feeding on the nearest human.
